Inside the soft cotton flannel sleeve is a removable bag filled with a mix of the finest imported French lavender and flax seed. Divided into four sections, it forms to your body to help you relax and sooth aching muscles. The outer sleeve is washable. This product can be warmed in the microwave for up to 40 seconds for warm relief, or chilled in the freezer for cold therapy.
